Walking for SM Ladiesâ Fashion Show – Philippine Fashion Week

Wheee, this has been a crazy week of whirlwind meetings and events! The country’s leading luxury lifestyle and society magazine, Lifestyle Asia, celebrated its 26th anniversary

Led Lancel Leather Minaudiere

and hosted a Royal Gala (congratulations) for the Queen Mother of Bhutan, Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck, a few nights ago.

Then last night I was treated to a more intimate dinner by photographer Patrick Uy also for Bhutanese royalty where I heard the Queen Mother speak about her charitable causes targeting today’s Bhutanese youth.

This week’s events peak tonight with the opening of Philippine Fashion Week. I wanted to share with you that I will be walking the runway of SM Ladies Fashion tonight, as a fashion blogger (well, let’s be clear that I won’t be walking as a model but as a blogger, so please don’t expect sashay-shante and werq as if it was RuPaul’s supermodel song LOL).

I’m very honored to be asked to walk for this show, but at the same time I’m pretty petrified because I’m actually terrified of walking down the ramp. I walked the runway once for the Mega Magazine Most Style event and vowed never to do it again LOL. It was a very scary experience. So I hope I don’t fall flat on my face tonight and embarrass my friends and family (who will find out about this if it happens, and subsequently disown me for the embarrassment I caused them LOL).

However, with that being said, I wanted to mention that the 2 outfits I’m wearing tonight from SM Ladies Fashion are really nice and reflect my style, so I’m excited to wear them 🙂 So if there will be people attending tonight’s show please do it. come say hi (and maybe offer me a glass of wine or bubbly to calm my nerves lol).

More on the SM ladies fashion show for Philippine fashion week later – I’ll be live tweeting/instagraming so feel free to check out my twoTwitterandInstagramfeeds 🙂
